Elite 3 uPVC Trunking and SWCT

HARTPURY COLLEGE

Marco, the UK’s largest manufacturer of Steel Wire Cable Tray, and uPVC Cable Management Company, has made the grade at Gloucestershire based, Hartpury College with its Elite range.

Specified for its moden, ultra white aesthetic appeal, over 200 metres of Marco’s Elite 3 trunking has been installed alongside a range of accessories at a new learning facility. The company has also supplied Steel Wire Cable Tray throughout the new build development.

The College, specialists in equine care, animal science, agricultural and land management and sports science, has recently opened a state of the art learning resource centre for agricultural and land students at its Home Farm estate.

BJ Cowles, based in Newent, Gloucestershire forms part of Markey Construction’s supply chain. The Electrical contractor was keen to specify a product that met with the modern clean design of the new development and felt that Marco’s Elite was the perfect fit. Simon Gayther of BJ Cowles praised the product adding: “Marco’s Elite is an attractive product and fits well with this environment.”

Jason Brock of Marco said: “The Hartpury College project is a fantastic scheme to be associated with – the building is now complete and I’m really pleased that our product has been chosen as part of the wider specification.

“Elite really has brought something new to the market and the curved edging and white coat sits comfortably with almost any modern design.”

The new building represents further investment at the Hartpury College Home Farm site which is based on a 286-hectare commercial estate, and includes a commercial dairy unit, sheep unit, working pig unit, fisher, arable farm, game rearing unit and shoot.
